Attorney at Law

Anna Bauser practices workers’ compensation defense, representing employers and insurers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. Before joining O'Meara Wagner, P.A., Ms. Bauser worked at a plaintiffs’ firm in the Twin Cities where she represented employees in workers’ compensation matters. She is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota and Federal District Court, District of Minnesota. 

Ms. Bauser earned her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Ms. Bauser participated in a national moot court competition, a school journal, and clinics serving indigent clients. In addition, she was named to the Dean’s List and received a Law Student Award for Excellence in Labor Law from the Minnesota State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section. Ms. Bauser received her bachelor’s degree from St. Catherine University, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

When she is not working, Ms. Bauser enjoys spending time outdoors in northern Minnesota and spending time with her family.
