Today leaders of one of Minnesota’s top civil litigation firms, the Minneapolis law firm of O’Meara, Leer, Wagner and Kohl, say their recent recognition for exceptional work and professional achievement is directly attributed to the firm’s commitment to collaboration and teamwork. In early July, three of the Firm’s attorneys–Managing Shareholder Shamus O’Meara, Shareholder and Firm President Timothy Leer and Shareholder Dale Thornsjo–were once again named “Super Lawyers” in Minnesota. Super Lawyers Magazines publishes a list of Minnesota’s outstanding lawyers annually.
“This recognition is a clear reflection of the deep talent we have at our Firm,” O’Meara said. “We use a collaborative team approach of mutual trust and respect to develop relationships and the results that our clients value. This is what we’re all about, who we are and how we practice together.” Leer says it’s the key to his success as a civil trial specialist. “We would not be ‘Super Lawyers’ without the coordinated team support that we get,” he said. Thornsjo handles high profile, complex litigated matters for insurance clients on a national level. He says it’s also about providing clients “with insightful guidance into every issue so as to produce the best outcomes.”
