Kali A. Russen concentrates her practice as a litigation associate working with major insurance companies, the self-insured, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters.
Ms. Russen has extensive experience negotiating with counsel and insurers, case management, drafting motions and pleadings, and representing clients at depositions, conferences, and hearings. In addition she works intimately with each client to reach the most favorable result available for their claims while providing practical legal advice.
Ms. Russen is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, with a Bachelor of Arts from Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY. She is admitted to practice in the Minnesota Federal and State Courts. Ms. Russen is also an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers Association, and Hennepin County Bar Association.
In addition to being an active member of the legal community, Ms. Russen is active in her home community, serving as the Vice President of her Condo Association, and fosters with SecondHand Hounds. When not at work, Ms. Russen spends her time with her family, two dogs, and on Lake Minnetonka sailing.
