Hal Spott focuses his practices on commercial litigation matters, including insurance-coverage, construction, and other general liability matters. Mr. Spott excels at constructing comprehensive and well-planned defenses and is constantly thinking outside the box for his clients.
 
Prior to joining O’Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl, P.A., Mr. Spott worked at a business litigation firm in Duluth, Minnesota where he represented business and insurance clients in a variety of litigation matters. He also worked as the judicial law clerk to Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. He is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.
 
When he is not working, Mr. Spott loves to travel the world, spend time with family, and support the perennially underachieving Timberwolves.
