Mark Wagner is a 1988 cum laude graduate of Hamline University School of Law. He concentrates his practice exclusively in the representation of insureds, self-insureds and insurers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. As an attorney with O’Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl, P.A. since 1990, and one of its shareholders since 1993, Mr. Wagner’s extensive experience has served to help both in-state and out-of-state clients navigate many unique and difficult challenges associated with Minnesota workers’ compensation claims.
