Heather A. Rheingans
Attorney
Ms.Rheingans has primarily practiced Workers' Compensation defense litigation representing employers and insurers with specialized focus on occupational disease cases and asbestos exposure cases. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in-house as workers' compensation counsel for Liberty Mutual and for multiple Independant Medical Evaluation companies in the Minneapolis/St.Paul metropolitan area.
Heather received her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University in 2010 in San Francisco, CA. While there, she was named to the Dean's List and received two Witkin Awards for Excellence in Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. She also participated in the San Fransisco City Chorus while living in California.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in 2005, where she played woman's club ice hockey, and served as an Introduction to Philosophy Teacher's Assistant.
In her free time, Heather enjoys birding, nature photography, and reading for her two book clubs.
