Having practiced in Workers’ Compensation defense for thirty years, Tim has handled nearly every kind of case imaginable.  He has tried hundreds of cases and practiced at every level of the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation court system, from the Department of Labor and Industry, to the Minnesota Supreme Court.  This experience allows him to efficiently and effectively deal with client’s problems, from minor issues to catastrophic injuries, to long range risk management planning.  Tim enjoys working closely with employers, insurers and third party administrators to fashion results which provide clients with their best options in the short and long term.  Tim is a Shareholder and is currently head of the Workers’ Compensation Department.  He is a multi-year Super Lawyer and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
