Senior partner at O’Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl, P.A., President of the Firm, and chair of the Firm’s General Liability and Professional Liability practice groups. Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist and recognized as a Super Lawyer for litigation skills. Practice involves products liability, professional and pharmaceutical malpractice, premises and security liability and motor vehicle law. Tried more than 150 cases to conclusion. Over thirty-four years’ experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and wrongful death matters.
 
Prior to joining O’Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl, P.A., worked at Meshbesher & Spence, Ltd., and Reinhardt and Anderson.  A 1982 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, admitted to practice in state courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin, the Federal District Court in the District of Minnesota, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
 
Supreme Court qualified neutral in arbitration and mediation.
 
Member of Minnesota State Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Hennepin County Bar Association.  Also member of Primerus, which is committed to excellence, civility and professionalism in the practice of law.
