Michael M. Skram to Present at MDLA Conference
OLWK Shareholder Michael M. Skram will be presenting a mock summary judgment motion at the 2020 Minnesota Defense Lawyers Mid-Winter Conference this weekend. Mr. Skram will be arguing against Plaintiff’s counsel Andrew Rorvig before The Honorable Judge Joseph Klein of Minnesota’s 4th Judicial District on Saturday morning for conference attendees. Both attorneys and Judge Klein will then provide comments and strategies for attendees when faced with their own dispositive motions.
