Medicare Secondary Payer Contractors Continue to Operate For Now

The Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contractor, the contractor dealing with conditional payments, is running as usual.  The Workers' Compensation Review Contractor, the contractor overseeing submitted Medicare Set-Asides, is also running as usual.  The contractors will continue to operate until their contracts require appropriations.
